MSSQL6 Upgrade

Dear Customers,

As a measure to improvise the stability of our servers, and to take advantage of the new technology we have planned to migrate our legacy server mssql6.ourinternet.us to our cloud setup during this Wednesday the 25th January between 1.00am to 5.00am.

The new server IP will be 184.173.67.213 Mostly there will not be a situation to make any changes in your applications if you are using the hostname as mssql6.ourinternet.us or mssql6.yourservicedomain.com. If you are using the IP 67.15.97.240 instead of mssql6.ourinternet.us or mssql6.yourservicedomain.com then the same needs to be changed to new IP address 184.173.67.213 from Wednesday 5.00am. For any issues or questions about the migration you can login a support ticket and we will be there to resolve.

VACUUM on The Control Panel Database
January 1st, 2012

Dear Our Internet Clients,

We have been migrating servers this month into the cloud and have neglected to optimize the control panel system due to the migration schedule. Today Jan, 1st 2012 we will be running a VACUUM on the control panel database to speed up the performance. We run this process every few months to ensure the speed of the control panel is optimal for you and your clients. The process will begin at 2 pm and the time in which the VACUUM will take can vary. During the process the control panel will be offline. All website, email and all other services will continue to function regularly. If you have any issues you can use our live chat on our website to communicate with support on any issues you may have during the downtime.

Mailcloud6 Updates
December 29th, 2011

Mailcloud6 mail server had a corruption after the migration from our legacy servers. We are in the process of rebuild the entire mail structure. It is about finished and email will be back online in 1 – 2 hours. We apologized for the inconvenience and will have the server back online shortly.

3:40 PM EST – We have resolved the email migration issues and mail services has been restored. If you still face any issues please open or respond to a support ticekt with the details.

MSSQL4 Migration Notification

Dear Valued Customers,

As a measure to improvise the stability of our servers, and to take advantage of newer server technologies we have planned to migrate our legacy shared server mssql4.ourinternet.us to our new cloud environment during this Saturday the 25th December between 1.00am to 5.00am EST.

The new shared mssql server IP will be 184.173.67.25.  You should most likely not be in a situation to make any changes for you or your clients if you are using the hostname as mssql4.ourinternet.us or mssql4.yourservicedomain.com for reseller in your website applications.  If you are using the IP 67.15.97.28 instead of mssql4.ourinternet.us or mssql4.yourservicedomain.com for reseller then the same needs to be changed to new IP address 184.173.67.25 from Saturday 5.00am EST. for any website you host with us.  For any issues you can login a support ticket and we will be there to resolve any issues.

Network Update
December 16th, 2011

There has been a network issue for the last 5 hours that we are working with our network engineers to resolve. Currently we do not have a time of resolution but we will keep you posted as we move forward with the issue. The problem is affecting shared mail, web and database connectivity.

10:00 PM EST – Our data center is still trying to resolve the network issues and we are looking for an update in the next 60 mins. Once we get a clearer picture on the issue we will have an ETA on resolution.

12:50 AM EST – 70% of the servers’ networks are restored and we are working on the remaining network issues with the final servers and should have them restored in the next 2 hours. We will update you once they are fully restored.

10:00 AM EST – All servers are online with the exception of :

As these servers are still facing network issues and we are continue to work hard to resolve the issues. We will keep you posted with updates as we progress with the final network repairs.

12:30 PM EST – We have fixed the following servers’ network issues:

We are working on the remaining 4 servers network issues and hope to have them resolved in the next 2 hours.

8:20 PM EST – All services have been fully restored at this time. If you still face any issue please enter or update your support ticket from your web hosting account. We appreciate everyones patience and understanding while we corrected the network issues over the past 24 hours.
