DAL05 – EMERGENCY Maintenance – Maintenance ID 4964391 – bcr02.dal05 [05/04/2012]
Date: Friday, May 4, 2012 (05/04/2012)
Start Time: 08:00 AM UTC or 3 AM EST
End Time: 10:00 AM UTC or 5 AM EST
Services affected: Public Network
Location: SR02.DAL05
Duration: 2 hours
While investigating the root cause of the 02-May-2012 backend network disruption that caused a brief interruption in service, Network Engineers have identified a hardware issue on a backend router, bcr02a.dal05, which provides connectivity for your hosting services. To prevent further unplanned outages resulting in significant downtime, engineers will be failing over to bcr02b.dal05, a redundant chassis, during an emergency maintenance window. During this maintenance, your hosting services may experience connectivity issues on the public network as the new redundant unit takes over.
While the maintenance window is set for two hours, we expect less than 45 minutes of downtime.
Thank you,
Network Engineering

Dear Our Internet Clients,
Sunday April, 1st 2012 we will be running a VACUUM on the control panel database to speed up the performance. We run this process every few months to ensure the speed of the control panel is optimal for you and your clients. The process will begin at 2 pm and the time in which the VACUUM will take can vary. During the process the control panel will be offline. All website, email and all other services will continue to function regularly. If you have any issues you can use our live chat on our website to communicate with support on any issues you may have during the downtime.
Thank you,

Dear Customers,
As a measure to improvise the stability of our servers, and to take advantage of the new technology we have planned to migrate our legacy server mssql5.ourinternet.us to our cloud setup during this Sunday the 26th February between 1.00am to 5.00am.
The new server IP will be 184.173.67.44 Mostly there will not be a situation to make any changes in your applications if you are using the hostname as mssql5.ourinternet.us or mssql5.yourservicedomain.com. If you are using the IP 67.15.97.5 instead of mssql5.ourinternet.us or mssql5.yourservicedomain.com then the same needs to be changed to new IP address 184.173.67.44 from Sunday 5.00am. For any issues or questions about the migration you can login a support ticket and we will be there to resolve.
Thank you

We just returned from the Orlando Parallels’ Summit and were introduced to the new Parallels Multi Server Panel and are very impressed with the direction Parallels is taking with the new panel to replace H-Sphere at the beginning of 2013.

- Parallels Summit 2012
The new panel has all the great & unique features we have grown accustom to over the years with H-Sphere along with new features available with Plesk 11. We will be setting up a demo in Q3 of 2012 for our resellers and end-users to demo before the system wide upgrade is released. Look for more updates later this year on the new Parallels Multi Server Panel!
